This season, Tal Gano makes her debut in the role of Oscar Un Ballo in Maschera at Israeli Opera in Tel Aviv under the baton of  Carlo Montanaro, directed by Leo Muscato.  Recent season engagements include the role of Belinda Dido and Aeneas at Israeli Opera conducted by Jean-Christophe Spinosi, directed by Stefano Poda; and the title role The Little Prince also at Israeli Opera.

 

Past highlights include her appearance as Amor in Gluck’s Orfeo ed Euridice, Papagena in Barrie Kosky’s Die Zauberflöte, Cherubino in a new production of Le Nozze di Figaro by David Pountney, Zerlina in Kasper Holten’s Don Giovanni, Dalinda in David McVicar’s Ariodante, Almirena Rinaldo and a staged Mozart Requiem. Last season, she covered the role of Dorinda Orlando at Teatro Real Madrid, and her debut in Spain took place when she unexpectedly went on for an ailing colleague and gave a performance that was met with great acclaim.
